Barbara A. Reilly RN, MA

Barbara has over 30 years experience working in the field of Human Services, in the US and overseas. She is a Registered Nurse with a Masters Degree from Pepperdine University in Human Resources Management

She has a solid background in teaching, social work, substance abuse, addictions and Transforming Therapy, with an emphasis on personal empowerment and whole-person transformations. She is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), Master Addictions Counselor (MAC), certified by the NBCC as a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Nationally Board Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist (NBCCH).

A popular guest speaker to professional, community, and educational groups she motivates and inspires. She has lectured and taught classes in chemical dependency and human growth and development at several colleges and universities and covered other such topics as chemical dependency, the value of teamwork, healing family-of-origin wounds, as well as emotional, spiritual, physical health and well-being.

                                      
 
Colleen Marshall, M.A., M.F.T.

Mrs. Marshall is currently the Associate Vice President for Mental Health Systems Family Services Division. She is a licensed marriage and family therapist and has eleven years experience in the mental health field. The majority of her experience has been working with youth and their families in public and government agencies.

Mrs. Marshall has been a guest speaker and trainer for local universities and community agencies and is MINT (Motivational Interviewing Network Trainer). She is a regular trainer for the William R. Mead Training Academy and teaches topics on various subjects including: girls development, Motivational Interviewing, women and trauma, and Adolescent development.
 
Renee Sievert, MFT, RN
 
Ms. Sievert is a national clinical education trainer and consultant. She is an instructor at U.C. Davis Northern Training Academy, San Diego State’s Academy of Professional Excellence, and San Francisco State’s Bay Area Academy. She serves as a Training Consultant and Leadership Coach at Mental Health Systems, Inc. where she provides staff development, clinical training, team building and strategic planning.

Ms. Sievert has over 25 years experience as a Registered Nurse, with advanced certification in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing (RNC) and HIV and AIDS (ACRN). She has been licensed as Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) in California for over 15 years, has been trained in Motivational Interviewing, and has been certified in Gestalt Therapy, Domestic Violence Treatment, Critical Incident Stress Management and Alcoholism and Addiction counseling. She is a certified coach, trained in the North Star Coaching Method created by Martha Beck, Ph.D.

In May of 2006, Ms. Sievert was awarded the Mental Health Nurse of the Year by the North County Civic Association in Escondido, CA. She is co-author of “Feeling Terrific: Four Strategies for Overcoming Depression Using Mood Regulation Therapy,” published in 2005 and available on Amazon.com, Borders.com, and iUniverse.com.
